The Anglican Church is just one group within the wider Christian church that spans the globe and history. While we are part of a particular tradition, we share the same basic beliefs of all other Christian churches.

In short, we believe that God loves the whole world so much that he is willing to pay any price to heal the broken relationships between us and God, and each other.  We believe that Jesus of Nazareth was God’s own son, who lived, died, and rose again to bring forgiveness and healing to the world. We believe that God’s Spirit is with us, bringing Jesus’ presence into our midst to form new communities shaped by forgiveness and love.

We unite around and teach these central beliefs while recognizing that on many points of detail Christians can cheerfully disagree.

Above all, we believe that Christian beliefs are best experienced in the context of worship within the Christian family, not read about on a website!
